Effective August 12, 2026. These basic terms apply to use of PixelPop Arcade.
1. Arcade use
PixelPop provides browser games, scores, leaderboards, challenges, and related content for entertainment. Features may change, reset, be removed, or be unavailable from time to time.
2. Arcade Names
Choose an Arcade Name you have the right to use. Do not impersonate PixelPop staff, use another person's personal information, or use a name intended to harass, threaten, defraud, or disrupt the service. PixelPop may rename, hide, or remove names when reasonably necessary.
3. Scores and fair play
Do not manipulate requests, exploit bugs, automate play, submit fabricated scores, or interfere with another player's access. PixelPop may remove suspicious scores or leaderboard entries and may change scoring or competition rules to protect fair play.
4. Challenges and prizes
A leaderboard is not automatically a prize contest. Any challenge offering a prize can have separate eligibility, timing, tie-breaker, verification, and prize rules. Those challenge-specific rules control if they conflict with these general terms.
5. Music and Distraction Protocol
Music, recordings, artwork, lyrics, branding, and other creative materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. Playing a challenge does not grant a player rights to copy, redistribute, extract, or commercially reuse the music.
6. Sponsors and outside links
Sponsored placements are labeled. A sponsor's presence does not mean PixelPop guarantees that sponsor's products, services, claims, availability, or external website. Use outside websites under their own terms and privacy practices.
7. No guarantee of uninterrupted service
PixelPop is provided on an as-available basis. Scores, progress, or availability can be affected by browser storage, network failures, maintenance, bugs, abuse prevention, or feature changes.

Invoice, term, renewal and expiration rules
Submitting a sponsorship or song-placement request does not create a purchase. PixelPop reviews requests before sending a Stripe invoice. Approved placements are prepaid for the stated 3-, 6-, or 12-month term and do not automatically renew. The purchased term begins when PixelPop marks the paid placement live, not merely when payment is received.
Song placements receive first right of renewal during the final 30 days of the active term. If renewal is not completed before the active term expires, PixelPop may archive the song from the current commercial rotation and release the slot for another approved track. Archived player mastery/history may remain as a historical game record.
Refund and cancellation policy
Before a paid placement is marked live, the customer may request cancellation and a full refund. Once PixelPop marks the placement live and the purchased term begins, the fixed-term placement fee is non-refundable except if PixelPop fails to materially provide the purchased placement or a refund is required by applicable law. To request cancellation or report a billing or fulfillment issue, contact PixelPop through the Contact page as soon as possible.
Payment buys only the approved PixelPop digital placement for the stated term. It does not guarantee traffic, impressions, clicks, streams, sales, rankings, score activity, player activity, or other performance results. The purchaser represents that the order information is accurate and that they are authorized to request the placement and receive the Stripe invoice.
Submitters represent that they own, control, or are authorized to license the music, recording, composition, artwork, logos, links, and other materials they submit, and authorize PixelPop to review, host, play, display, and promote those materials as needed to fulfill the approved placement during its active term.
