Tic Tac Pop rules, scoring and strategy

Tic Tac Pop is PixelPop’s fast version of three-in-a-row. You play X against the computer on a three-by-three board. The rules are familiar, but clean wins depend on creating two threats at once rather than hoping the CPU ignores an obvious line.

Rules and objective

Choose an empty square to place X.
The computer responds with O.
Three matching marks in a row, column, or diagonal wins.
A filled board without a winning line ends in a draw.

How scoring works

Every valid player mark contributes to the score, and a win awards the larger bonus. A draw ends the board without the victory award.

Strategy tips

Take the center when it is available.
If you start in a corner, look for a fork on the following turns.
Always block an immediate computer win before building your own secondary line.
